WINBCO Facilities

All facilities are owned by WINBCO. The facilities on Main Street and at Airport are contiguous, respectively. All equipment is state of the art.

Building 1

Building 1 houses WINBCO Headquarters office, as well as an attached shop in which automatic welding, cutting and rolling are done to support field operations. In addition, parts and nozzles are fabricated for the field. Building 1 is located at 1200 East Main Street Ottumwa IA.

Building 2

Building 2 is used for sheering, plasma cutting, rolling and layout. Building 2 is located at 1200 East Main Street Ottumwa IA.

Building 3

Building 3 is used for tank assembly, automatic welding, large vessel construction and pressure vessel construction. Building 3 is located at 1200 East Main Street Ottumwa IA.

Building 1, 2 and 3 comprise 48,400 square feet.

Building 4

Building 4 is used for tank assembly, automatic welding, large vessel construction and pressure vessel construction. Building 3 is 10,800 square feet and is located at 1000 East Main Street Ottumwa IA.

Building 5

Building 5 is used by Mobile Crane Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WINBCO Tank Company. This facility is used for equipment storage, equipment refurbishment, and construction assembly of field welders, and employs a full-time electrical maintenance staff to inspect returned equipment, coordinate and load out all field equipment and maintain crane fleet. Building 5 is 14,400 square feet and is located at 888 East Main Street Ottumwa, IA.

Building 6

Building 6 is used for seam welding, layout, plasma cutting, shear cut plate, and plate rolling. Building 6 is 18,000 square feet and is located at 14875 Terminal, Ottumwa Industrial Airport, Ottumwa, IA.

Hangar

Hangar houses pilot offices and corporate airplane. The hangar is 4,900 square feet and is located at 14786 Terminal, Ottumwa Industrial Airport, Ottumwa, IA.

Future Expansion

The Company also has a 14 acre storage area laid out for future expansion at the Ottumwa Industrial Airport. The area is currently used for assembly of large diameter tanks, vessels and columns.
