WINBCO immensely values our employees, their health, welfare and safety. We long ago recognized that without the employee's full concentration it is impossible for our company to meet your requirements. WINBCO 's Board of Directors mandated that the entire corporation shall adhere to its Safety Program including employee training, enforcement and implementation of a drug and alcohol program that includes pre-employment and periodic testing as part of employee physicals.
These directives along with industry guidelines enable WINBCO to pursue, employ and maintain the highest level of skilled technicians.
