ISO 9000 is a series of international standards establishing global requirements for Quality Management Systems. These standards were developed to provide countries worldwide with a universal baseline for quality which would eliminate confusion and facilitate international trade. ISO 9000, rather than being a strictly end product oriented quality system, makes the prevention of non-conformances and customer satisfation its primary goals.
The addition of ISO 9000 to WINBCO 's ASME Certificates of Authorization provide you the promise of unsurpassed product quality, at a competitive price, with on time delivery.
All plant and field operations are conducted under the highest quality control standards in accordance with our ISO 9002 Compliant Quality System. Each phase is planned by a highly skilled team of experts and monitored by our Quality Assurance Team to assure conformance to our Quality System and that our customers receive the best product possible. Material is pretested for verification of required chemical and physical properties. After fabrication and assembly, we test by radiography and sonics where required. Prior to customer acceptance, we contract an authorized independent inspection agency to verify testing and compliance to ASME or other codes. In addition, we contract outside auditors on an annual basis to verify conformance to our Quality System.
